YouthFit coaches have experience coaching running and fitness across a number of different sports and clubs.
We offer one off sessions for clubs which acts as a practical education session about warm up, technique, recovery and how to get the most out of training.
We also offer full Pre Season Training packages.
Pre Season Training is conducted based on the needs of the sporting club.
The recommended program consists of training 2 - 3 days per week for 6 weeks in the lead up to the start of the season. YouthFit will write an overall program for the period of training and provide an appropriate number of coaches to guide athletes through sessions. Training focuses on endurance, speed, agility, core strength and running technique, and will be changed according to the specific needs of the sport.
